We proudly accept programs through the Early Learning Coalition (ELC), which helps families access financial assistance and resources to ensure every child receives a strong educational foundation.
Programs We Accept:
School Readiness Program – This initiative provides financial assistance for child care and early education, allowing parents to work or attend school while their children participate in high-quality learning programs. The program focuses on preparing children for kindergarten, enhancing social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning.
Voluntary Prekindergarten (VPK) – A free program for 4-year-olds that helps prepare children for kindergarten by focusing on early literacy, math, and social skills. VPK lays the foundation for academic success through structured learning experiences and engaging activities.

The Early Learning Coalition (ELC) is a statewide organization that supports families by providing access to affordable, high-quality early education. It helps children develop essential skills for school readiness while giving parents financial assistance options for child care and preschool programs.
How to Apply
Families can apply for these programs through Florida’s Early Learning Family Portal, where they can check eligibility and begin the enrollment process.
